Navinchandra Group began in 1968 by a single man and a single room who believed they could build a better financial management firm. He was a determine to put clients needs and interests first and a dedication to clear thinking and fact-based, data-driven investing, as well as a passion for understanding and managing risk.
Founded under the umbrella of The Navinchandra Group, Navinchandra Securities Pvt. Ltd initially focused primarily on fixed-income. By listening to clients and understanding their unmet needs, the firm was able to develop important early innovations related to closed-end funds, trusts, Govt. Bonds defined contribution plans and more.

Mihir Shah, Younger Son of "Shree Navinchandra Shah" entered into the business. Started to look after Marketing and Customer services (which he believe to be key role for future of financial industry).
In the year 2001, Mihir entered into business of Insurance and added another Portfolio in Navinchandra group.
He became 12times MDRT as well as COT. Having 18 years of experience & knowledge of Insurance field, He set the bar extremely high in customer service. His standards soon become other peoples expectations,”
By 2001 Navinchandra Sercuirties Pvt. Ltd, had strong fixed-income, equity and advisory businesses. Navinchandra Sercuirties Pvt. Ltd, products and services mix with more offerings in equity, Fixed Income products and other alternatives, and they greatly expanded the firms scale.
